That sounds awesome! I'm looking forward to the coming updates :)

I think I did not make my intention clear enough. Sorry for that. Let me try again: I want to use CE at home and at work, so I have to exchange some projects between a Linux and a Windows machine. However, importing/updating an existing project is completely broken for me. To "update" the project I have to completely recreate it. It's not that I want to do this, but it seems to be the only way for me to ensure that all data is updated correctly.
I can also reproduce this issue on the same device (tested both on Windows and Linux):
- Make a new notebook with some lists, cards, ... and export the notebook to some file (1.ceproj)
- Make more lists, cards, ... and export the notebook to some other file (2.ceproj)
- Delete the notebook and import the older version (1.ceproj)
- Try to import the newer version (2.ceproj)
For me the notebook is not changing at all, even if I restart CE. However, if I delete the notebook completely and import the newer version (2.ceproj) everything is there.
Thanks for your fast and elaborated reply!
You are correct, I was releasing the left mouse button outside the popup area. Maybe a quick fix could be to ignore key-up events and only detect key-down events?
Concerning the other issue: I see your point. Since it seems to work properly if the notebook is replaced completely (deleted + imported from scratch), could you imagine adding some workaround setting which could automate this? Since I plan to import my notebooks every day, this would be a huge relief!
First of all, this project planner is awesome! I just discovered it two days ago and already love using it daily. However, there are two annoying bugs that I stumble over quite often (both on Windows 10 and Linux).
- The smaller issue: on creating a new notebook, the popup closes if I mark the text "New Notebook" from right to left. By selecting it differently (double clicking, from left to right, ...), this does not happen.
- The bigger issue concerns the importing of notebooks: on the one hand, if I import a new notebook from a file, I have to close and re-open Cosmic Everyday to see the new notebook. On the other hand, if I import an existing notebook, its contents is not refreshed (although Cosmic Everyday tells me that it was) . I have to manually delete the notebook and import it as a new notebook.
PS: I started working on a german translation. I let you know when I'm finished :)
